With a 15-year career in beauty including her tenure as Head of Beauty at luxury department stores De Bijenkorf/Selfridges Group, product management at L’Oréal and retail strategy for Schiphol Airport, Phase Two co-founder Noortje Siecker has an unmatched understanding of the retail landscape when it comes to beauty. Using her outstanding network, Noortje knows exactly how to make a brand stand out for retailers and to realise growth in a way that benefits brands and retailers.

Michel Bos

Phase Two co-founder Michel Bos has more than 15 years of experience in premium branding. After heading up the public relations department at De Bijenkorf department stores, he founded his luxury brand-focused agency Michel Bos PR & Consulting in 2016, introducing numerous high-end brands to the market and overseeing brand introductions and store openings for clients including Aesop and Le Labo.
